Great news on the July, 2007 Visa Bulletin numbers!

USCIS announces that it will, after all accept employment based adjustment of status applications for cases current under the July visa bulletin, and will accept them until August 17th! AND, will only charge the lower filing fees (pre-July 30) for applications made under this program.

Looks like I spoke too soon about the backlogs; Department of State says employment numbers are used up for the fiscal year, and new ones won't be available until October 1.

Department of State's Visa Bulletin for May.  Still moving slowly, but there's a jump of about a month and  a half in the 2B category... anything that will cut down the wait is a good thing!
